PSHE/World Religions: Passover 2017: Passover Story
The eight-day festival is celebrated in the early spring, from the 15th through the 22nd of the Hebrew month of Nissan.
It commemorates the emancipation of the Israelites from slavery.
During this time, Jewish people remember how the Israelites left slavery behind them when they were led out of Egypt by Moses.
